이 오류른 SHSH백업툴인 Tinyumbrella때문에 나는 오류입니다. 해결방법은 아래와 같습니다.
먼저 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 폴더안에 들어갑니다.
안에보시면 hosts라는 파일이 있는데 이파일을 메모장 같은 프로그램으로 불려옵니다.
그럼 내용이 대충 아래와 같을 겁니다.

이 두개 주소 앞에 #을 붙이시고 저장하신후 종료 합니다.

그리고 마지막으로 Tinyumbrella에서 아래와 같이 설정하시고 다시 아이튠즈에서 복구를 하시면 오류 없이 정상적으로 복구가 되시는걸 보실수 있습니다.
